摘    要:中小学生的健康是社会各界历来关心和高度重视的问题,体育教育对促进学生健康成长有着举足轻重的作用。笔者借鉴美国"SPARK"课程开发的成功经验,立足本土,着眼实际,建议中小学体育教育应该做到传统与现代体育教学项目的完美融合;教学模式多元化;以学生发展为中心,让学生成为运动的主人;注重课外体育活动与终身体育意识的培养。

Abstract:The community has always attached great importance to the problem of the health of primary and secondary,Physical Education plays an important role to promote the healthy growth.I learn from the United States "SPARK" successful experience in curriculum development,based on the local,focus on practical,proposed school sports education should be combined perfectly with the traditional and modern teaching project;Teaching diversity;Development of students as the center,to enable students to become masters of sport;Focus on extracurricular sports activities and training for lifetime sports consciousness.
