| 摘 要： | 目的:观察热敏点灸治疗运动性腰背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将63例患者随机分为观察组(32例)和对照组(31例)。观察组采用热敏点灸疗法;对照组采用推拿疗法。采用疼痛、压痛、功能障碍、失眠等量化积分为指标,观察两组疗效差异。结果:观察组愈显率为87.5%,优于对照组的54.84%(P<0.05),观察组症状体征量化积分差值明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:热敏点灸法治疗运动性腰背肌筋膜炎疗效明显优于推拿疗法,可显著消除、缓解症状,改善功能障碍。 |
