| 摘 要： | 张宏涛是中国男子体操队的一名优秀年青选手,他鞍马的实力很强,且发展潜力很大。在2009年10月结束的第41届世界体操锦标赛上获得了他的第一个世界冠军。他也是2012年伦敦奥运会很有希望的主力选手之一。作为这样一个在鞍马上的后起之秀,对于他的整个鞍马身体素质训练方法的浓缩和再提升有着非常大的意义。笔者认为有必要对他的鞍马身体素质训练教学方法进行总结和提升,以期为后期鞍马教学方法和教学创新修订提供理论参考。
