山东省高校工会开展教职工体育活动现状的调查研究

通过文献资料、调查等方法,对山东省高校开展教职工体育活动的现状进行调查研究,结果表明:高校教职工体育活动的开展组织管理手段单一;制约高校工会开展教职工体育活动的主要因素有:活动经费不足、缺乏场地器材和组织活动时间不充足;影响高校教师参与工会组织的体育活动的主要因素是活动项目的难易程度与适合、活动项目参与面、是否与工作时间相冲突等问题,本文旨在对山东省高校工会进一步组织开展教职工体育活动提出相应的改革对策。

The use of literature and investigation methods,Colleges and Universities in Shandong Province on Physical Activity staff survey results showed that: College Staff sports activities means of a single organization and management;constraints sports college faculty unions to carry out the main factors : operating expenses,lack of space equipment and insufficient time for organizational activities;of university teachers to participate in fitness activities of trade unions activities the main factor is the ease with suitable activities in hand,whether in conflict with such issues as working hours,University of Shandong Province on the staff sports union made further reference to suggestions.
