黑龙江省矿区土地复垦对策探究

采用文献资料法、举例说明法因果分析法.分析黑龙江省矿山废弃地现状,探讨矿区土地复垦的意义及对策,为今后矿山土地复垦提供决策参考.研究发现黑龙江省矿山开发早,布局不合理,土地破坏严重,矿产综合利用水平低,制约矿区土地复垦.因此,建立复垦基金和研究机构,合理布局矿山,强化土地管理,将加快黑龙江省矿区土地复垦,达到经济发展与环境之间的平衡.

The Research on Mine Land Reclamation in Heilongjiang Province

The present situation of abandoned lands of mines is analyzed, and the significance and countermeasures of land reclamation in Heilongjiang province is explored by the methods of documentation, illstration and causal analysis. The results indicate that the constraints of mine land reclamation in Heilongjiang Province are the long history of mine, the unreasonable layout, the Destruction of land and the incomplete utilization of mineral resources. To establish reclamation fund and research institutions, layout reasonable mine and strengthen the land management will accelerate the mine land reclamation and equilibrium economic development and environment in Heilongjiang Province.
