摘    要:采用微生物学方法,从俄国生物制剂Ленойл中筛选出一株可降解长链烷烃的优势菌株,该菌株可利用柴蜡碳源为唯一碳源和能源.通过对该菌株在不同温度、pH,以及不同柴蜡碳源初始浓度下的生长量和柴蜡碳源降解率的研究,确定该菌株的最适生长温度为10℃,最适pH为7.6,可在柴蜡碳源初始浓度可达2000 mg/L的培养基中生长并有较强的柴蜡碳源降解能力.在10℃、pH为7.6、培养基体积25 mL、接种量为10% (v/v)、摇床转速在170rpm的条件下,培养6d后可使400 mg/L的柴蜡碳源降解率达87%以上,可用作长链烷烃污染的微生物修复领域.

Abstract:Using the microbiology method, from Russia J-Ieno~n biological agents, one plant strain which could degrade long - chain alk~ines is selected, the strain can use diesel and paraffin mixture of carbon source as the sole carbon and energy source. Under the study of the strain at different temperature, pH value, initial concentration of degradation rate, the optimum growth temperature of the strain is 10 ℃, the optimum pI-I value is 7.6, it can grow and be degraded in the initial concentration of 2000 mg/L diesel - paraffin mixture of carbon. At the condition of 10 ℃, pH value of 7.6, 25 mL medium volume, inoculation of 10% (v/v), speed of shaker 170rpm, after reaction of 6 d, the degradation rate of degrading diesel - paraffin mixture of carbon reach above 87%, which can be used for microbial remediation chain alkanes pollution area. 400mg/L of long -
