| 摘 要： | 2001年10月27日修订的《工会法》通过法律责任的规定，使工会、工会干部、工会财产获得了法律明规定的保护途径和保护措施，使《工会法》真正地具有了可操作性、权威性。同时，新《工会法》也规定了工会、工会干部“不作为”应承担的法律责任。

| Abstract: | Comparing with the old one,the New Bill of the Trade Union has great changes after having been revised on Oct.27,2001.The most significant change is that the Trade Union's cadres and its property have obtained protective channels and measures stipulated by the law through the stipulation of the Legal responsibility,and that makes the Bill of the Trade Union really have serviceability and aurthority.In addition,the Bill provides the legal responsibility that the Trade Union and its cadres shouldn't bear. |
