Rational Reflection on the Reform of Moral Cultivation in Chinese Schools under the Globalization Background

Moral cultivation is the development of characters. It plays a key role in education and is the soul of all-around education. The globalization not only brings the chance of development to our country＇s moral cultivation but also brings the more severe challenge to it. How to deal with the globalization and reform is a significant and practical issue to the moral cultivation for teachers and researchers in China. The moral cultivation of schools should be improved in the following aspects： perfecting the moral cultivation model, innovating moral cultivation content, reforming the methods and ways, strengthening the network and promoting the educators＇qualualification. Therefore, the moral cultivation will play a more important role in the comprehensive development of students.
