| 摘 要： | 学科建设是推动高等学校整体水平提高的有效途径,它主要包括:学科方向的确立,学术队伍建设,研究基地建设,科学研究,学术环境建设以及研究生教育.高校要实现跨跃式发展,必须加强学科建设,特别要确定好学科的发展方向,做好重点建设学科的立项、评估和管理.

| Abstract: | In the course of china university education development and reform,subject construction is the effective measure to push the whole level of university improvement.It mainly includes: the setting of subject direction,the construction of academic teams,the research base construction,scientific researches,the academic environment and postgraduate education.Any university that want to realize its multi-development must make a right course direction,and pay especial attention in establishment,evaluation and management of its key courses. |
