摘    要:八盘峡水电站位于多泥沙的黄河上游,机组运行过程中不仅对水轮机过流部件气蚀磨损非常严重,还加速了导叶轴套密封的磨损,造成了导叶轴套漏水量增大,顶盖淤泥增多,顶盖排水泵频繁启动,从而加大了设备检修维护量,降低了机组运行可靠性.针对电站水轮机导叶轴套的漏水问题,在机组大修过程中对导叶轴套的密封形式进行了改造,改造后导叶轴套的漏水问题得到了彻底解决,也减少了设备的检修维护量,提高了机组的运行可靠性.

Abstract:Bapanxia Hydropower Station lies in the headwater of Yellow River where is full of sand and mud,its units operation not only leads to severe abrasion cavitations of water-flowing parts in guide blade but also speeds the cavitations of seal of bushing for guide blade,which results in the increase of leakage of bushing for guide blade,the increase of sludge on head cover as well as the frequent operation of pump on head cover.All these increase the amount of reparation for equipments and decrease the reliabil...
