关于剖宫产腹壁切口方式的探讨

对40例腹部横切口剖宫产与50例传统腹部纵切口剖宫产按手术指征、术中情况及术后恢复等进行统计学处理。结果表明：两组在手术指征上无明显差异；在术中出血量上，腹部横切口少于腹部纵切口；在手术总时间、胎儿娩出时间上，腹部横切口剖宫产略长于腹部纵切口；术后疼痛、24小时开奶率、术后肛门排气、切口愈合、母乳喂养以及体表美等项指标，腹部横切口明显优于腹部纵切口。

On Abdominal Wall Incision in Cesarean Section

In order to investigate the mode of incision on the abdominal wall in cesarean section,40 cases of abdominal wall transverse incision cesarean section were compared with 50 cases of classic incision cesarean section.It was found that the two groups demonstrated no obvious difference on the operation symptoms. The amount of bleeding was less in the abdominal wall transverse incision cesarean section than in the classic incision cesarean section. But the operation time and the fetal delivery time were less in the classic incision cesarean section. The post operative ache, the return time of bowel function as well as the healing and the aesthetic feeling of the incision were significantly better in the abdominal wall transverse incision cesarean section.Therefore,it can be concluded that the abdominal wall transverse incision cesarean section is better than the classic incision cesarean section in many aspects. But the classic incision cesarean section is simpler,easier to operate and more convenient to inspect
