摘    要:本在Langmuir等温吸附式的基础上,结合乳化液膜膜相中“有效浓度”的概念,提出了乳化液膜的界面状态方程,利用该界面状态方程,本进一步研究了乳化液膜膜相中表面活性剂“有效浓度”与乳化液-外相水间界面张力的关系。同时,对搅拌机槽缺乏几何条件和操作参数对界面张力的影响进行了讨论,所建模型与实验数据吻合较好。

Abstract:Based on the Langmuir adsorption isothermal equation, an interface state equation in liquid surfactant membranes (LSMs) was proposed with the concept of effective concentration of surfactant in membrane phase. The relationship between the effective concentration of surfactant and the interfacial tension at the interface of the emulsion and the external water was then given. The effects of geometric parameters of the stirring vessel and the operational parameter on the interfacial tension were further discussed. The equations fitted the experimental data very well.
