不同温湿度下白僵菌对2种沟眶象成虫的致病力研究

摘    要:研究不同温、湿度条件下白僵菌对臭椿沟眶象成虫和沟眶象成虫的致病力情况.结果表明,当温度为28℃时,白僵菌对臭椿沟眶象及沟眶象成虫的致死效果均为最好,校正死亡率和僵虫率分别为100%、80%和43%、40%.此时致死速率最快,致死中时(LT50)分别为2.130 d和5.023 d;当湿度为80%~90%时,白僵菌对臭椿沟眶象成虫和沟眶象成虫的致死效果均为最好,校正死亡率和僵虫率分别为100%、90%和63%、60%.同时致死速率最快,其致死中时(LT50)分别为1.384 d和3.269 d.由此可知,在适宜的温、湿度条件下白僵菌对臭椿沟眶象及沟眶象成虫均有较强的杀虫活性.

Abstract:Effects of different temperatures and humidity on the pathogenicity of Beauveria bassiana to Eucryptorrhynchus brandti adults and Eucryptorrhynchus chinensis adults were studied in laboratory. The results showed that, when the temperature was 28℃, Beauveria bassiana showed the best lethal effects on Eucryptorrhynchus brandti adults and Eucryptor- rhynchus chinensis adults, the corrected mortality and the muscardine cadaver rate were 100%, 80% and 43%, 40% respectively, the lethal rate was the highest and the median lethal time (LTso) was 2.130 d and 5.023 d. When humidity was 80%-90%, Beauveria bassiana showed the best lethal effects on Eucryptorrhynchus brandti adults and Eucryptorrhynchus chinensis adults, the corrected mortality and the muscardine cadaver rate were 100%, 90% and 63%, 60% respectively, the lethal rate was the highest and the LT50 was 1.384 d and 3.269 d. Therefore, under suitable temperature and humidity, Beauveria bassiana has strong insecticidal activities to both Eucryptorrhynchus brandti adults and Eacryptorrhynchus chinensis adults.
