摘    要:纳氏试剂比色法是测定水中氨氮的国家标准方法.主要论述了用纳氏试剂分光光度法测定水中氨氮的几个影响因素,提出了整个测定过程中应注意的问题,以降低空白吸光度,减小分析误差,提高测试准确性.

Abstract:Nessler's reagent colorimetric method is the national standard method of determination of ammonia nitrogen in water. The article mainly discusses the Nessler's reagent spectrophotometric method for the determination of ammonia nitrogen in water by several influence factors. It also presents the determination process should pay attention to the problem, in order to reduce the absorbance of blank, reduce the analytical error, and improve the accuracy of the test.
