| 摘 要： | 研究了固溶化处理的ZA27合金在自然时效稳定后的低频阻尼，根据有关的内耗理论，得到了ZA27合金稳态阻尼的线性拟合表达式，利用该式可以预测ZA27合金的阻尼大小和行为，并揭示ZA27合金的阻尼机理，研究结果表明，在实验条件下，ZA27合金具有较高的阻尼性能，阻尼的大小与频率相关，与振幅无关，并随温度的升高单调增大，这是一种线性可逆滞弹性弛豫的动态滞后过程；ZA27合金的阻尼是热激活弛豫过程，是多个弛豫过程叠加的结果。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the low frequency damping of ZA27 alloy with solid solution treatment after natural ageing stability.Based on the related internal friction theory,the linear fitting equation for the stable damping of ZA27 alloy is obtained.The equation can be used to predict the magnitude and behaviors of damping of ZA27 alloy as well as to reveal its damping mechanism. Research results show that under the experimental conditions, ZA27 alloy is of higher damping performances,and that the magnitude of damping is related to frequency but not to amplitudes,and that single tune increases with the temperature rising.This is a kind of the dynamic delay process of linear,reversible and elastic relaxation.Accordingly,the damping of ZA27 alloy is the thermal activated relaxation process as well as the results of superimposition of multiple relaxation processes. |
