摘    要:
本文采用XRD,TPR和以H2,CO为探针分子的TPD—MS,TPSR-MS技术研究了Ni-CU合金负载于氧化物SiO2,MgO和γ-Al2O3上的性质变化,以及对CO加氢反应性能的影响。实验结果表明,各种载体对于负载于其上的活性组分均具有良好的分散性能;SiO2对金属相的结构和电子状态不产生影响,而γ-Al2O3和MgO对金属相则有不同程度的影响,这种相互作用主要表现在活性组分对H2和CO吸附能力的变化和CO加氢的活性和选择性的变化上。

Abstract:
The catalysts, Ni-Cu alloy supported on various oxides, were prepared by impregnation. The interaction between Ni-Cu and supports and their catalytic properties for CO hydrogenation were studied by the techniques of XRD,TPR, TPD-MS and TPSR-MS. The experiment results showed that bimetallic catalyst is influenced by acid-base property of oxides. The interaction between Ni-Cu and supports is in the order of M/MgO>M/Y-Al2O3>M/SiO2 (M=Ni-Cu). The adsorption amount and extent of H, and CO on Ni-Cu alloy and the catalytic properties for CO hydrogenation are affected by this interaction.
