转轨研究中传媒因素分析

从全球化入手，分析了在全球化的进程中，传媒在转轨中的作用及其自身的发展变化．研究表明，传媒与市场经济、传媒与宪政之间高度互动，互相促进：一方面，健康的传媒是现代市场经济必要的制度机制；另一方面，传媒自身特有的政治与意识形态功能，使得传媒变革成为一国政治体制变革进程的指示灯或晴雨表．由此可见，传媒承载并浓缩着一国在特定时期的政治与经济等领域的发展状况，聚焦并解析传媒，可以“一叶知秋”考察出一国市场化发育程度与一国宪政发展状况．

Interaction Mechanism Research on Transition and Media in the Course of Globalization

Researchers of China and foreign countries have provided lots of achievement of different views in the transition since 1 990 s. But the research of media for analyzing the transition is less. In the theory analysis sector, the paper begins with the globalization which is the common platform of transition and media. The interaction mechanism of transition and media on the basis of globalization is established in the view of institution and technology. The media show the political and economic development of a country in a certain time. On one hand, good media are the basis of modern market economy. Specially, sound media are crucial to the modern enterprise regulation establishment and corporation governmence. On the other hand, media reform can push the political regulation reform. In that sense, media analyzing shows the marketing and constitutionalism development. The study shows that media reform is relative to the tremendous transition.
