| 摘 要： | 进行了自熔合金氧乙炔火焰喷熔层的腐蚀、磨粒磨损和摩擦磨损行为对比的试验研究，对喷熔层与母材之间的结合性能及喷熔层孔隙进行了测试分析．试验结果表明：自熔合金喷熔层可以在高负荷环境及非氧化性酸腐蚀的严重的工作环境中服役．

| Abstract: | Contrasting tests of the corrosion, the rubbing qrains wear, and the friction wear are carried out on the self fusible alloy coating spraged with oxy-acetylene. The porisity, ratio in the coating and the combination performance between the coating and the matrix are measured. The experimental reaults show that the coating are serviceable in the environment of high load, non-oxidated acid corrosion,and heavy wear. |
