固定化酪氨酸酶去除水中酚及胺类物质的研究

摘    要:探讨了一种以酶处理含酚废水的方法。将酪氯酸酶固定化到疏水基团修饰的琼脂珠上,蛋白吸附率和酶活力回收分别达到了90%和80%。经过固定化酪氨酸酶的处理,水溶液中的酚类物质被 氧化,最终生成棕色或黑色沉淀,因而很容易支除。并且,溶液中的胺类化合物和酚的氧化产物聚合生成棕色沉淀而被除去。酚类化合物的去除速度为:邻苯二酚〉对甲苯酚〉对氯苯酚〉苯酚〉对甲氧基苯酚。

Abstract:An enzymatic method for removal of phenols from wastewater was investigated.Tyrosinase was immobilized on agar gel decorated by hydrophobic groups, and the yield of adsorbed protein and activity remaining is over 90% and 80% respectively.Phenols in wastewater were removed after treatment with potato \$Tyrosinase\$ immobilized on N\|alkyl\|agar bead, and brown or dark precipitate was formed. Amines polymerize with the oxidized products of phenol into brown precipitate in the solution and would be removed. The removal rate of substituted phenols is catechol>\%p\%\|cresol>\%p\%\|chlorophenol>phenol>\%p\%\|methoxyphenol.
