| 摘 要： | 目的:从学生的个人生涯体验入手,调查当前护理专业大学生生涯不确定感现状,探究护理专业大学生生涯不确定感所处类型特征及其影响因素。方法:以曾维希(2009年)编写的《大学生生涯状态自评量表》为测量工具,应用整群抽样,对南京医科大学护理学院一二三年级共494名学生进行调查研究。结果:从个体生涯体验入手,发现护理专业大学生普遍存在生涯未定向倾向,护理专业大学生生涯不确定感存在人口学变量和社会-心理学变量上的差异。建议:应总体上重视生涯辅导工作,加大对学生生涯教育的工作力度,力图通过生涯辅导促成学生形成生涯定向状态。

Analysis of Uncertainty about Career Development Status and Affective Factor of Nursing College Students |

| Abstract: | Objective：This research start with students＇ personal career experience, researching current situation of nursing major students＇ UACD （uncertainly about career development）, aim to explore the characteristics and impact factors of nursing major students＇ UACD. Methods： Ac- cording to Zeng Weixi＇ s （2009）{State college career self-rating scale））, adopt cluster sampling, give investigation to 494 students of freshman sopho- more and junior, school of nursing, Nanjing medical university. Results： From individual career, find most of nursing major students have tendency of uncertain about their career. The UACD feel of nursing major students exist the differences between demography variant and social psychology variant. Suggestion： University should think highly of career tutor work, enhance work force for students＇ career education, try hard to help students go to fixed status of career through career tutor. |
