摘    要:以深化人才发展体制机制改革为背景,以提高人才培养质量为出发点,探讨在创新人才培养机制、优化教育教学模式过程中,如何利用数据挖掘和数据处理技术,对创新变革课程体系、教育模式和教学方法的近期和远期效果进行模式识别和跟踪评价,找出隐藏于大数据中的规律,实现高校人才培养与经济社会发展需求的全面对接,满足现代产业体系多样化的人才需求。

Abstract:The paper takes deepening the reform of talent development system and mechanism as the background, and takes improving the quality of personnel training as the starting point. The paper discusses how to use data mining and data processing technology to identify and track the short-term and long-term effects of the curriculum system, educational mode and teaching method of innovation and reform in colleges and universities in the process of innovation of personnel training mechanism and optimizing education and teaching mode. So the laws hidden in the large data are found out and the full docking of personnel training and economic and social development in colleges and universities is realized, which meet the diversified demands for talents in the modern industrial system.
