高校大学生道德建设的改革与创新

高等学校是建设社会主义精神文明的重要阵地,肩负培养社会主义四有新人的崇高使命,不仅要为社会主义现代化建设事业提供人才支持,而且要为社会主义道德建设提供精神支持。因此,高等学校不仅必须创新与社会主义市场经济相适应的管理运行机制,而且必须创新与社会主义市场经济相适应的道德建设体系,从而把国家和社会对高校青年学生道德品质的要求内化为青年学生自身的道德诉求。

On the Reform and Innovation on the Moral Education in the University

Colleges as the key base constructing the socialism spiritual civilization are responsible for cultivating the "Four Haves"generation of the socialism, which not only support the human resource for socialism modernization ,but also support the sprit resource for socialism moral construction.So colleges must reform and innovate the regulating mechanism and the systems of moral education adapting to the socialism marketing economy so that college students internalizes the moral character themselves.
