三峡库区城市排污口附近污染混合区的特性

根据库区主要城市排污口附近污染混合区计算成果 ,以重庆江段桃花溪排污口、涪陵江段娃哈哈排污口、万州江段苎溪河排污口为例 ,采用量纲一分析和数据拟合的方法 ,对典型排污口的污染混合区特性进行分析 ,探讨排污口附近江段特征影响污染混合区范围的一般规律。通过分析各排污口建库前后污染混合区的变化趋势 ,讨论了水库蓄水对各江段岸边污染混合区特性的影响。结果显示 :污染混合区范围随排污口排污负荷增大而增大 ,弯道外侧、渐缩江段处排污口的污染混合区范围比顺直河段处排污口要小。这些结论对指导新的岸边排污口的设计、排污负荷的控制有重要意义

Characteristics of pollutant mixing zone near city outfalls in the Three Gorges Reservoir

The characteristics of the mixing zone at the outfall of the Three Gorges Reservoir were analyzed using results from an analysis of the pollutant mixing zone near the main city outfall. Three typical outfalls, including Taohuaxi on the Chongqing reach, Wahaha on the Fuling reach, and Zhuxihe on the Wanzhou reach were chosen as examples to illustrate how the reach characteristics affect the pollutant mixing zone. The study also analyzed the changes in the mixing zone after water storage and the impact of the Three Gorges Project on the pollutant mixing zone in the reservoir. The results show that the mixing zone will expand as the charge increases and that the mixing zone of the outfall on the outside bank of a bend or a gradually shrink reach is smaller than the outfall on a straight reach. These conclusions can be used to guide decision on where to locate new outfalls in the Three Gorges Reservoir.
