摘    要:将一台TY1100柴油机改装为缸内直接喷射汽油机,当发动机运行在不同负荷工况下,采用不同的混和气浓度分布,实现了部分负荷采用分层燃烧以获得发动机的经济性,全负荷采用化学计量比混合气,实现了均质预混和燃烧以获得发动机的动力性.台架试验表明,燃油消耗量能降低6%,UBHC排放能降低31%,NOx排放能降低10%.

Abstract:For gasoline direct injection (GDI) engines, the fuel is required to be injected into the cylinder near the end of the compression stroke to realize the stratified charge combustion at part load. However, at full load, the fuel is required to be injected into cylinder during the intake stroke to realize the homogeneous stoichiometric charge combustion to achieve the high specific power output and low emissions by three-way catalyst converter. In this paper, the experimental studies were carried out on a gasoline direct injection engine operating on stoichiometric mixture to study the performances of GDI engine at full load. In comparison with a carburetor SI engine, the experimental results show that the BSFC of the GDI engine is decreased by 6% and UBHC is decreased by 31% and NO_x is decreased by 10% at full load.
