MUF树脂胶粘剂的研究

<正>本文作者研究了一种新的胶粘剂——MUF树脂胶粘剂。它是由三聚氰胺和其它化学原料,加入到尿素和甲醛中形成共聚树脂。 试验表明,这种树脂已达到PF树脂胶的标准,生产成本约为PF树脂的一半,接近UF树脂,易于生产,工艺过程也比较简单。 目前,MUF树脂胶粘剂,已在中密度纤维板,刨花板、胶合板等方面试用,其性能良好。

THE MUF RESIN ADHESIVE

The authers of this paper have synthesized a new, successful wocd adhesive. When the melamine, and other chemical materials are added to urea and formaldehyde, copolymerization will take place and the MUF resin adhesive is made. Results of tests and examinations showed that this adhesive reached the standard of the phenol formaldehyde resin. Its production cost was about only half of the cost of the PF resin, close to that of UF rcsin. The production process of this adhesive was simple and easy. Recently the MUF resin adhesive has been put into use in the manufacturing of artificial boards, such as plywood, middle density fibrebeard,oparticleboard, etc. Results show the properties of these artificial boards are goad and their their costs low.
