摘    要:通过蜗杆传动的传热学,摩擦学及啮合原理的耦合研究闻蜗轮瞬态温度场的数学模型,针对蜗轮齿面的几何特征和运动特征编制相应的有限元程序。在此基础上利用数值计算结果,建立了有限元模型的人工神经网络 瞬态温度场智能预报系统,为蜗轮齿面瞬态温度场的实时化分析提供必要手段。

Abstract:The Mathematical model of the transient temperature field is established by combining the research of heat transfer,tribology and meshing theory.The FEM programis developed based on the geometric and kinetic characteristics of the worm gear surface.By using the numerical value results,an intellect system for predicting the transient temperature field is gained for the finite element model.The system provides a necessary means for real time analysis of the transient temperature field of a worm gear.
