| 摘 要： | 当前,针对中资商业银行纷纷大力引进境外战略投资者的现象,国内很多学者对此进行了探讨,大部分认为应该积极鼓励外资参股中资商业银行,外资可以带来诸多好处.但较少关注到此行为对我国金融领域可能产生的风险.

| Abstract: | At present, many scholars at home have different opinions on the phenomenon that Chinese-owned commercial banks have introduced foreign strategic investors one after another. The majority holds that they should actively encourage foreign-invested enterprises to purchase the shares of the Chinese-owned commercial banks, for foreign capital can bring many benefits. But little attention is paid to the risks this action may bring about to our financial field. This article is based on the perspective of risk analysis. |
