摘    要:以六偏磷酸钠(SHMP)为修饰剂,制备TiO2纳米粒子.研究TiO2纳米粒子与人血清白蛋白(HSA)的相互作用,建立共振光散射法测定微量白蛋白的新方法.在最佳实验条件下,该方法的线性范围是0.2~65.0 mg/L,检出限为0.168 mg/L.此方法用于人血清样品中白蛋白的测定,回收率为99.3%~100.6%.

Abstract:The TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared and modified with sodium hexametaphosphate. The interaction of TiO2 nanoparticles with human serum albumin (HSA) is studied. A new resonates light scattering (RLS) method for determination of albumin has been developed. Under the optimal conditions, linear relationships was found between the enhanced intensity of RLS and the concentration of HSA in the range from 0.2 mg/L to 65.0 mg/L.
