炭黑表面改性及其在聚氨酯密封胶中的应用

摘    要:在引发剂过氧化苯甲酰存在下,用苯乙烯对普通炭黑进行了有机表面改性,考察了改性后炭黑在有机溶剂中的分散性,再以该改性的炭黑为填充剂,制备聚氨酯密封胶,考察该种改性方法所得到的炭黑对密封胶性能的影响。结果表明,改性后炭黑能够在有机溶剂中较好地分散,当填充于聚氨酯密封胶中,与未用该炭黑填充的密封胶相比,密封胶的伸长率、拉伸强度、剪切强度、邵氏硬度明显提高,抗下垂性明显改善。

Abstract:The black carbon was modified by styrene in the presence of initiator benzoyl peroxide.The dispersion property of the modified black carbon in organic solvent was investigated.A new polyurethane structural sealant was prepared by missing with the modified black carbon,and the properties of this sealant were also evaluated.
