废弃CuO-ZnO催化剂回收利用研究

摘    要:讨论了采用硫酸溶解-锌粉置换处理废弃CuO-ZhO催化剂,回收铜和锌的工艺条件,所得产品海绵铜纯度在97%以上,水合硫酸锌含量达89.17%,铜、锌回收率分别达到96.4%和92.8%,工艺采用闭路循环,无三废污染.

Abstract:The technological process of recovering copper and zinc from waste CuO-ZnO catalyst by dissolution with sulphuric acid and replacement with zinc powder was studied in detail. The purity of the copper obtained was more than 97% and ZnSO4-7H2O 89.17%. The efficiency of recovery of copper and zinc Came to 96.4% and 92.8% respectively. Closed circle was used in the technological process and no pollution of the waste water, gas and residue
