| 摘 要： | 为有效提高金钗石斛(Dendrobium nobile Lindl)的人工繁殖,选用金钗石斛无菌幼苗在4种不同生根培养基上,作试管苗诱导生根对比试验,结果表明:配方3中生长的幼苗生根情况最好,平均生根5.87条/株,平均根长4.39cm,生根率为100%.

| Abstract: | In order to improve the artificial reproduction of Dendrobium nobile Lindl, four cultures were chosen to the growing of the sterile infant Dendrobium nobile Lindl. And different efficiencies of rooting were investigated. The resuits show that the third culture is the best to the rooting efficiency. Each individual plant can give growing of 5.87 items with the average length of 4.39cm and roofing rate of 100%. |
