家蚕微孢子(Nosema bombycis)对菜青虫(Pieris rapae)的感染与致病性研究

摘    要:利用家蚕微孢子不污染蔬菜与环境,不感人、畜、甚至不会伤害虫天敌的特点,首次用其作为生物农药进行试验,并对重要蔬菜害虫菜青虫做了感染与致病性研究,结果证明微孢子能大量寄生在菜青虫体内,并得到理想的防治效果。

Abstract:Nosema bombycis does not do harm to the environment and vegetables. Nor does it infect the human being, domestic animals, even the natural enemies of insect pests. The experiments are made to study Nosema bombycis as the bioagrochemical. The research is carried out on infection and pathogenesis in vegetable-crop insect pest Pieris rapae. And the experiments prove that a great number of Nosema bombycis can be parasitic to the Pieris rapae and produce the desired preventive results.
