高强度运动训练下心肌损伤预防方法分析

摘    要:研究高强度运动训练下的心肌损伤机理及预防方法,采用临床实验跟踪和生理指标测试方法进行心肌性能测试和损伤评估,实现心肌损伤的预防和治疗,保障运动员的身体健康。提出高强度运动训练下心肌损伤预防方法。分析在高强度运动训练下的心肌生理指标参数的变化结果,以高强度训练的运动员心率HR显著性差异特征为测试指标,测试运动员的氧脉搏O2P,在进行长时间的有氧供能下,进行心肌损伤的功能指标分析,得到高强度运动训练下运动员心肌功能的参量体系结构,采用SPSS 13.0统计软件,以P0.05为差异均表示统计学上的特征分析,进行心肌红细胞分布概率密度特征分析,进行高强度运动训练对心肌损伤的代谢表达实验。结果表明,通过对氧脉搏O2P的测定,烯酰胺以不同的幅度下降,2,5-二萘基和2,5-二噻吩出现催化剂失活效应,在最佳反应条件下,心肌损伤的代谢以72%的氟谱产率产生Ni(NO3)2·6H2O,采用40%~60%的最大摄氧量强度进行训练,得到RQ=0.85,氧脉搏O2P=1.23,LOADmax的差异性特征为P0.05和P0.04,实现心肌功能修复。实验显示,采用该方法能有效实现对心肌功能的修复,加快高强度运动训练的疲劳性缓解抑制,改善心肌功能,实现心肌损伤的预防和治疗。

Abstract:Study under high intensity exercise training mechanism of myocardial injury and prevention method, tracking of clinical experiment and physiological indexes myocardial performance testing and test methods for damage assessment, realize the prevention and treatment of myocardial injury, safeguard the health of athletes. High intensity exercise training is put forward under the myocardial injury prevention methods. Analysis under high intensity exercise training in myocardial physiological parameters change as a result, athletes with high intensity training heart rate HR difference characteristics as test index, oxygen pulse testing athletes O2P, in for a long time under the aerobic power, analyzing the function of the myocardial injury index, get high intensity endurance training athletes myocardial function parameter architecture, using SPSS 13.0 statistical software, with statistical characteristics analysis for different said, on myocardial RBC distribution probability density characteristics analysis of high intensity exercise training on the metabolism of myocardial damage experiment.Results show that through the determination of oxygen pulse O2P, ene amide in different, the amplitude of 2, 5 - two naphthalene and 2, 5-2 thiophene appear catalyst deactivation effect, under the optimum reaction conditions, the metabolism of myocardial damage in 72% of the fluorine spectrum yield Ni (NO3) 2, 6 h2o, USES 40 ~ 60% of the vo2max strength training, get, oxygen pulse O2P = 1.23, the differences of LOADmax characteristics of P < 0.05 and P < 0.04, myocardial function restoration. Experiments have shown that using this method is effective to the repair of myocardial function, accelerate the fatigue of high strength and endurance training relieve inhibition, improve cardiac function, realize the prevention and treatment of myocardial injury.
