表面布氯抑制微生物附着的试验

摘    要:研究了一种能够抑制微生物生长附着并且对水环境污染危害较小的方法。试验中采用不同浓度的氯气作为抑制微生物生长附着的气体抑菌剂。用亲水性的多孔材料与塑料板制成复合试样。在多孔材料与塑料板之间充入含有氯气的混合气,在试样表面构成了一层均匀的含氯表面层。试验证明,这个方法可以抑制微生物在试样表面生长附着。数据表明混合气为60 mL,氯气的体积浓度为33.33%时,能够在面积为204 cm2的复合试样板表面持续抑制微生物生长的最长日期为22天。

Abstract:This research purpose is to discover one kind of method being able to inhibit the microorganism to attach and harming the water environment less. This experiment used the different density of the chlorine as to the gas me-dicament that could inhibit the microorganism to grow and attach. Make the compound test specimen with the porous material that was intimate ability in water and the plastic plate. Filled the mixture air including the chlorine between the porous material and the plastic plate,the surface layer that contain the chlorine evenly was constituted in the test specimen surface. The experiment indicated that,this method might inhibit the microorganism to attach and grow on the test specimen surface. The tentative data indicated while the mixture air is 60mL,and the chlorine volume con-centration is 33. 33% ,the longest date in which the microorganism is inhibited continually on the compound sample board surface with the area of 204 cm2 is 22 days.
