| 摘 要： | 随着科技的发展，打捆包装机械在工业当中应用的越来越多，所研究的是针对线材、管材以及棒材进行打捆的这类包装机械（简称打捆机）的剪切刀。阐述了剪切刀在剪切过程中的受力情况以及对其进行有限元分析，为设计打捆机的剪切刀提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | With the development of science and technology. Baling packaging machinery is widely used in industry. This article research is for wire rod, tubing and rod banding type of packaging machinery （ hereinafter referred to as banding machine） of shear knife. By analyzing shear knife in the process of shear force and caring on the finite element analysis to provide theory basis for design of bundling machine shearing knife. |
