曲轴的参数化有限元分析

摘    要:建立有限元数学分析模型来分析曲轴的受力情况及主要损坏方式,模拟施加载荷及约束。利用有限元分析软件对曲轴进行参数化分析,分析曲轴所受的最大拉应力及最大剪应力、应力分布图,找到曲轴的易损坏点。建立了曲轴拉应力随尺寸变化方程,为曲轴的防护或改进提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The mathematical model is built for the crankshaft with finite element analysis method to analyze the force and the major damages,and the load and the constraints are applied in the simulation.With ANSYS software,the parameters of the crankshaft,such as the maximum tensile stress,the maximum shear stress and stress distribution map,are analyzed for finding the damaged points.The relationship between the tensile stress and size is worked out for the protection and improvement of the crankshaft.
