应用型人力资源管理人才培养方案设计探讨

摘    要:为适应社会发展对人力资源管理人才素质和能力的要求,实现为社会“培养具有现代商务知识和商务实战能力的高素质实用型人才”的培养目标,结合“零适应期”应用型人才培养的指导思想,在总结过去课堂教学和教学管理经验的基础上,提出了人力资源管理专业应用型人才培养方案的设计思路。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of personnel quality and capacity of human resources management for social development, and to achieve the goal of training the people who has modern business knowledge and real commercial capabilities for the society, the writer put forward a training program design for professional human resources management based on past teaching experience and combinaed with the guiding thought of "zero-adjustment period".
