应用型人力资源管理人才培养方案设计探讨

为适应社会发展对人力资源管理人才素质和能力的要求，实现为社会“培养具有现代商务知识和商务实战能力的高素质实用型人才”的培养目标，结合“零适应期”应用型人才培养的指导思想，在总结过去课堂教学和教学管理经验的基础上，提出了人力资源管理专业应用型人才培养方案的设计思路。
