| 摘 要： | 河南省高等教育经过改革开放30年的发展，已经取得了巨大的成就，也存在一定的问题。分析总结改革开放30年来河南省高等教育事业取得的成就与存在的主要问题，结合河南省经济发展的客观需要，提出促进河南省高等教育跨越式发展的对策和建议，对实现河南省高等教育的健康发展具有积极的意义。
