| 摘 要： | 讨论了允许平局的竞赛矩阵的特征值问题，首先给出了竞赛矩阵的特征值的一些基本性质，然后给出了竞赛矩阵特征值的模，实部的估计，最后刻画了具有两个不同特征值的和三个不同特征值的竞赛矩阵。
