The causes and countermeasures for commercial briberies in colleges and universities in the new period

This paper points out several fields where commercial briberies occur in colleges and universities and analyses the main causes for commercial briberies,such as imperfect education and system,lack of supervision,etc.It also puts forward some countermeasures:(1) establishing perfect leadership system and working mechanism for preventing and addressing the commercial briberies;(2) improving the publicity and education system and setting up the education mechanism;(3) establishing the perfect system;(4) strengthening the supervision on the sensitive links;(5) actively carrying out the economic responsibility auditing for leaders and leaders' rotation of their posts;(5) reinforcing the punishment according to the party style and discipline.
