医院治理逝者信息泄漏制度有效性研究

为改善逝者去世不久信息就被贩卖、逝者家属被打扰的不良风气,给予逝者及其家属应有的隐私尊重,对医院监管逝者信息泄漏情况进行研究,应用孙氏图对制度有效性进行分析,认为制度的有效性与参数类型和数值大小相关。分析医院工作环境如何影响内部人员信息泄漏的行为,运用效用理论比较研究行为人行为选择,并从制度、教育、法律等方面提出了治理不良行为人行为的意见,提出了以心理成本作为判断该制度是否可行的依据,并以医生为例对制度参数进行赋值检验。研究表明,提高观测力度和加大惩罚力度都可以有效治理逝者信息泄漏问题。

Effectiveness of the Management System for Hospital's Deceased Person Information Leakage

In order to improve the bad mood that the deceased person information is trafficked and the deceased''s family is disturbed soon after the patient has died, the leakage of the deceased person information in the hospital department was studied for giving respect to the deceased person and the deceased''s family. Using the Sun''s diagram model to analyze the personal behavior and the validity of the system, it is shown that the system validity is related to the type and value of the parameters. It was analyzed how the hospital environment affects the behaviors of hospital stuffs and the utility theory was used to compare and analyze the behavior choices of stuffs.On this basis,some opinions for governing the behaviors of bad actors were proposed from the perspectives of systems, education, law etc. The psychological cost was put forward as a judgment of the feasibility of the system. Taking doctors as an example, the result points out that the forcing of observation and the strengthening of punishment can effectively restrain the behaviors of actors.
