基于变可信度近似的设计优化关键技术综述

摘    要:利用变可信度近似模型进行设计优化,可以发挥不同可信度分析模型的优势和特点,大幅减少复杂工程产品设计过程中的计算量,提高计算效率,是解决复杂工程产品设计优化计算复杂度难题的有效途径之一。分析和阐述了基于变可信度近似的设计优化方法的基本思想, 总结归纳了主要研究内容和关键技术,并对适用于变可信度近似的实验设计方法、变可信度近似模型构建方法及设计优化策略进行了综述,指出了今后的主要研究方向:结合自适应采样的变可信度近似模型实验设计,CoKriging类带有误差信息的变可信度近似模型建构,基于空间映射的变可信度近似模型建构,以及变可信度近似模型在多学科设计优化、不确定性优化等各个领域的应用。

Abstract:Using the variable fidelity approximation model based design optimization can take full use of the advantages and characters of analysis models of different fidelity levels, greatly reducing the giant computed amount during complicated engineering products design process, improving computational efficiency, and making it become an effective way to solve the important problem of how to improve the computational efficiency as greatly as possible. The basic idea of variable-fidelity approximation based design optimization is introduced. Its relevant research contents and key technologies are summarized. Researches about the design of experiments for variable-fidelity approximation, the variable-fidelity approximation modeling and optimization strategy are reviewed. Finally, some principal aspects needed to be improved in future are present, including the sequential sampling for variable-fidelity approximation, Cokriging, space mappling based variable-fidelity approximation, and the application of the variable fidelity approximation model in multidisciplinary design optimization and uncertainty optimization.
