摘    要:在生产高性能钢丝时,采用常规拉拔工艺时断丝严重,产品韧性较差,从而严重地制约着产品的合格率。采用加大半成品的总压缩率的方法,可以提高半成品热处理后的强度,从而可以减小成品拉拔的总压缩率,这样,有利于保证成品的强度和韧性。

Abstract:The steel wire was broken heavily and the tenacity of steel wire was worse with the general drawing process when manufacturing steel wire of high quality,qualified products proportion is low.Application of increasing total compressibility of semi-finished products can improve the strength of the semi finished products after heat treatment.The method can reduce the total compression rate of the finished products and raise intensity and tenacity of it.
