| 摘 要： | 本文提出的等增量益本比投资费用分摊法,是结合综合利用水利枢纽参数优化而提出的.用本法分摊投资费用,可使各部门增量益本比相等,保证水利枢纽参数优化的实现,使各部门获得相同的经济效益.文中根据一般效益、费用函数,讨论了等增量益本比投资费用分摊法与其它投资费用分摊方法的区别与联系,并以实例进行验证.计算结果表明,等增量益本比投资费用分摊法能给出满意的结果.

| Abstract: | In this paper the equal increamental benefit-cost ratio method is presented for cost allocation of mulipurpose water resources projects. This method can be used in the optimization of multipurpose water resources development, and can ensure equal increamental benefit-cost ratio and economic benefit for every purpose of a multipurpose resources project. Using general benefit and cost function, the relation ship and difference between this method and other methods for cost allocation of a multipurpose water resources project are discussed, and some examples are given. |
