摘    要:使用Gleeble-1500型热模拟机,采用钢的奥氏体预应变淬火方法控制钢中马氏体相变前的弹性应变能储备,研究了弹性应变能对马氏体相变形核的影响。实验结果表明,储存于奥氏体中的弹性应变能,对初始马氏体的形成有阻碍作用,但是初始马氏体的形成可诱发弹性能的释放,对后继马氏体的形成有促进作用,不仅使形核率增加,而且促进均匀形核。分析认为这是由于弹性能释放引起性波在晶体中传播所致,并进而提出了弹性波促发马氏体相变形核的物理模式。

Abstract:The effect of elastic strain energy on the nucleation of martensitic transformation has been studied by prestrained quenched steel in the austenite state, using the type of Geeble 1500 thermal analogue test machine. The experimental rasults showed that the nucleation rate of first formed martensite was reduced, but the nucleation rate of second formed martensite was increased with a characteristics of homogeneous nucleation in prestrained austensite,and that the elastic wave was induced by releasing the elastic strain energy after forming the first martensites. Then a physical mode of elastic wave stimulating the nucleation of martensitic transformation is presented.
