| 摘 要： | 本文证明了：若ｆ（ｘ）∈Ｃ＾ｒ「－１，１」，且ｆ（ｒ）（ｘ）〉δ〉０，Ｅｎ（ｆ）＝Ｏ（ｎ＾－２ｒ），则当ｎ充分大时有ｐｎ＾（ｒ）（ｘ）〉０，这一结果回答了ｏｕｌｉｅｒ＾「１」１９７６提出的问题，同时推广了ＳｕｎＸｉｎｇｐｉｎｇ＾「５」的结果。
