摘    要:为了给枣离体微嫁接提供优良接穗,以3个对枣疯病不同抗性的品种———南京大木枣、星光及铃枣为试材,对其快繁体系的建立进行了研究。结果表明,采用冬季休眠枝水培芽作为外植体既能延长取材时间,又能降低染菌率;南京大木枣、星光两个品种的最佳启动培养基均为MS+0.2 mg/L BA+0.1 mg/L IBA,铃枣最佳启动培养基为MS+0.4 mg/L BA+0.2 mg/LIBA;南京大木枣和铃枣的最佳增殖培养基为MS+2.0mg/L BA+0.5 mg/LIBA,星光的最佳增殖培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L BA+0.2 mg/LIBA。在以上激素配比下,可快速获得优良接穗进行离体微嫁接。

Abstract:In order to support cions for micrografting,establishment of rapid propagation system of three cultivars of Ziziphus jujuba Mill with different anti-witches broom disease was studied.The three cultivars were Nanjingdamuzao,Xingguang and Lingzao.The results showed that the bud explants from the water cultured dormant branches could not only extend the explant-collection period but also reduce the rate of contamination.The optimum starting medium of Nanjingdamuzao and Xingguang were both MS medium with 0.2 mg...
