L-异亮氨酸补料分批发酵的研究

摘    要:研究了不同初糖浓度、葡萄糖及氮的补加方式在L-异亮氨酸发酵过程中对其产酸率、转化率等参数的影响,确定了L-异亮氨酸补料分批发酵的最佳条件,在最佳补料分批发酵条件下,L-异亮氨酸产量达21.96g/L,糖酸转化率达15.34%.

Abstract:The effects of different initial glucose concentration, the supplement quomodo of glucose and nitrogen on some parameters, such as yield of L-isoleucine and conversion rate during the fermentation process of L-isoleucine were studied. The optimum conditions of fed-batch fermentation on L-isoleucine were confirmed. Under these optimum conditions, the yield of L-isoleucine attained to 21.96 g/L and the conversion rate of glucose was 15.34%.
