环保型低浓度硫酸盐三价铬电沉积厚铬的研究

摘    要:通过大量试验研制了一种甲酸盐-羧酸盐作配位剂的低浓度(Cr3+含量仅为15.5g/L)硫酸盐三价铬电沉积厚铬工艺.优化后的工艺光亮电流密度范围在3.5~25A/dm2以上、铬的最高沉积速率达0.26μm/min、覆盖能力60.5%.该镀液稳定性好,且在较长时间内能保持较高的沉积速率,沉积2h镀层厚度达23.6μm.镀层表面瘤状凸起密布、无裂纹、呈非晶态、与基体结合力好、孔隙率为零、耐蚀性良好.

Abstract:On a large number of experiments,low content chromium Sulfate(Cr3+ only 15.5 g/L) electrodeposition process,with formate-carboxylate as complexing agents,was developed.The bright current density range is from 3.5 to 25 A/dm2,the deposition rate reaches over 0.26μm per minute and the covering power is 60.5%.The process maintains well stability and it has high deposition rate of above 0.18μm/min in long-time continuous deposition.Chromium coating with 23.6μm thickness can be obtained in 2 h.There are many warty salients on the surface of chromium coating,which is crack-free and amorphous.The coating has good adhesion,no porosity and good corrosion resistance.
