| Abstract: | In this paper, the Stark Broadening of the emission spectra from the plasma produced by using 308 nm Excimer laser to ablate the solid Pb sample is measured with an optical Multichannel Analyzer. The Dependence of the Stark broadening on the time delay and the pressure of the buffer gas was investigated. The result shows that the dynamic property of the Pb plasma induced by laser is quite different compared to that of Mg plasma. |
